Our preferences go to natural and local products. Most of the vegetables, fruits and cooking herbs are home grown.

Traditional recipes and regional specialities are favourised in order to help you discover one of the important aspect of the "ardechoise" culture.

We take also a very special care in the choice of our wines and will be pleased to guide you towards new tastes.
